The Spring Conference Presentation Materials Portfolio 2011 includes materials and handouts shared by the presenters.  It includes General Session presentation materials and handouts from each of the Break Out session.

OSPA surveys districts every two years to collect wage/salary & benefit data for confidential and supervisory staff.  The purpose is to provide districts this information for like size districts as they conduct collective bargaining or consult with their staff.  The current survey includes data for the 2010-11 school year.

The Spring Region Materials Portfolio includes eight items.  They include (1) the meeting agenda, (2) OSBA Bargaining Trends, (3) TSPC Issue Update Handout with revisions completed at the end of March, (4) and (5) the EdZapp Candidate Handout Parts 1 and 2, (6) EdZapp's Educator Quality Proposal to be shared in more detail at the Spring Conference in May, (7) the Central Oregon Statewide Solution Proposal shared at the Central Region meeting in Redmond, and (8) the Classified Trigger Language shared by the Grants Pass SD at the Southern Region meeting in Eagle Point.

The February newsletter includes information on Spring Region Meetings, Oregon Professional Educator Fair, Spring Conference, Executive Board Meeting, Financial Update, Scholarship Information, Calendar, SUCCEED, HrELP, Board and Staff Directory, and AASPA Membership Information.

This portfolio provides 85 district examples of letters, seniority lists, and policies related to layoff and recall.

The Hermiston SD contacted several Oregon school districts to find out how many days they had agreed to cut from their annual calendar for the 2010-2011 school year.  The results of this survey are attached.

This portfolio includes the Fall Region Meeting Summary and Handouts to review for those were or were not able to attend the region meetings in September 2010.

This is the latest HB 2062 Tool Kit which is a joint effort between OSPA, OSBA, and EdZapp.  This version includes an update to the Frequently asked Q & A; and the addition of JHFF-AR, the Employee Training Power Point, and the Administrator Training Power Point.
