OSPA NOTES is published four times a year providing members with updates on human resource issues that impact school districts and human resource departments in Oregon.

The Handbook for HR Leaders in Oregon has been recently updated.  The handbook has been created to assist human resource professionals, particularly those new to this area of administration, in school systems throughout the state.  The handbook is intended to help public school systems fully comply with state and federal requirements.

This is an update to the document originally created in 2008 by Andrea Hungerford and Jim Buck. 

This is the latest HB 2062 Tool Kit which is a joint effort between OSPA, OSBA, and EdZapp.  This version includes an update to the Frequently asked Q & A; and the addition of JHFF-AR, the Employee Training Power Point, and the Administrator Training Power Point.
