Leading staff is one of the most important responsibilities in a school district or ESD. This practical OSPA series is designed for education leaders who manage employees but do not work in human resources full time. Participants will gain practical tools to set expectations, support employee growth, address concerns early, document appropriately, and know when to involve HR.
